The Enderun Standard ESL Program is designed to match the needs of students who want to improve their English communication skills either for academic or professional purposes.
The courses in the program comprise of Content-based ESL which covers all of the main areas of ESL, such as, Listening and Speaking, Reading and Writing. This program is created to suit the individual needs of students with the integration of activities and exercises customized to fit their various interests.
A unique part of this program is the wide range of Enrichment Electives the students can freely choose from. To ensure that the program responds to the individual needs of the students, we offer electives that may be combined with our core courses. These electives come in sets of exercises utilizing ESL through different forms of media like film, drama, and music or in the form of recreational activities or games. Also, students at a more professional level may opt to enroll in our Business Communication, Hospitality, Aviation, and Culinary ESL courses.
Most importantly, the students not only receive formal communication lessons with this program but enhance their conversational skills through the small group tutorial sessions. This provides the student an opportunity to talk about topics of their own choice. Through these open-ended conversations, students are able to put into practice the things they learn in the classroom.
