  • To learn the basic techniques used for Japanese cuisine
  • To discover ways on making different types of sushi rolls
  • To make different Japanese rice bowls, tempura, furai, and all other types of dishes famous in Japan

    Payment may be made at Enderun’s cashier's office (2nd floor, College of Business, Technology and Entrerpeneurship). Office hours are from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Thursday, and from 8:30AM to 5:00PM on Friday.
