WORKING OUT THE DETAILS

The group is divided into teams according to the designed exercise. Chefs provide instructions on food preparation and cooking guidance as needed. The main goal is for the team to work together and collaborate while stretching their culinary skills at the same time. At the end of the cooking session, the group will share the food and evaluate team performance.
The group may also opt to turn the activity into a competition as the event heats up. The concept elevates the energy of the group and increases the fun and excitement. This strategy brings out team effort at its peak.
