A Cebuana’s journey from ‘the kid with food’ to chef de partie in Chicago
Charmine Ann Go is Chef de Partie of The Alinea Group, which she says is “one of the best restaurants in the world and the only three-Michelin star restaurant in Chicago.” Go believes that her Certificate in Professional Culinary Arts from École Ducasse Manila at Enderun Colleges provided a solid foundation for her profession. The international chef instructors she met over her course of learning are some of the greatest mentors she’s had in her still young yet promising culinary career.
