Learn the basics of cooking like a professional chef in 5 days! The 5-day culinary bootcamp aims to teach variety of dry and moist-heat cooking methods such as roasting, grilling, sautéing, pan-frying, stir-frying, braising, poaching, and steaming. It also aims to develop a command of classic culinary methods and techniques, including mise en place, station organization, knife skills, soup and stock production, and sauce making.

An apron, cap, tea towel, recipe guide, to go box, and certificate of participation will be provided.
