The Data Privacy Certificate, moderated by Enderun Extension, covers the essential data privacy regulations as well as industry-standard best practices for corporate compliance with these laws.

This 3 session program will train your DPO with the projected skills and documents needed for your company as well as guide you with a realistic timeframe for complete compliance. At the end of the program, you will receive the National Association of Data Privacy Officers of the Philippines (NADPOP) DPO Certification.

Atty. Francis Euston R. Acero


A lawyer focused on information and communications technology policy, fraud prevention, administrative compliance, and environmental issues, Atty. Francis Euston R. Acero is a certified Independent Privacy Professional and currently the Deputy Data Protection Officer of the electrical distribution utility for Metropolitan Manila. He used to work under the National Privacy Commission as the Complaints and Investigations Chief in 2016 and the Data Security and Technical Standards Division Chief in 2019.

Atty. Francis Acero will be leading the Data Privacy Course. He is an Attorney-at-law, and a Certified Independent Privacy Professional (Europe). An advocate of Data Privacy & Protection in the Philippines, Atty. Francis specializes in Data Privacy, Network Forensics, Digital Forensics and Penetration Testing. Currently, he is the Deputy Data Protection officer of Meralco.
