An eight-week intensive program designed to elevate the skills of experienced pastry chefs and impart the values of Ducasse Education.
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- Receive a globally recognized diploma from the Ducasse Education Philippines.
- Master the techniques and applications to become a highly skilled pastry chef.
- Learn about different innovations, trends, and current pastry concepts.
- Create artistic pastry pieces from learned techniques anchored by the Ducasse Education cooking methods.
- Showcase the skills learned in an optional internship.
