This 2-day course aims to provide basic product knowledge and skills in the service and retail of wine to prepare a person for their first job in hospitality or retail. This course is a good foundation for the wine enthusiast who wishes to know about wine styles, storing and serving of wine, plus food and wine matching.
To gain the Level 1 qualification, candidates are required to successfully complete:
Successful candidates will receive a certificate and WSET Level 1 Award in Wine lapel pin.
